Course Modules

You will complete 5 modules over five months:

Module 1Catastrophising and overthinking – Explore the role of catastrophising and how it affects  young people’s lives, and the strategies that we can use to support them to regulate and rebuild their confidence.

Module 2Relationships and managing conflict – Our relationships with friends and partners become more important to us as we get older. How do we explore the role of those important to us in young adulthood, including considering how we develop healthy connections.

Module 3Harnessing my own feelings – Explore how we support young adults to develop enhanced emotional literacy and emotional maturity skills, as they develop awareness of more complex feelings occurring in their lives and experiences.

Module 4Identity, Perfectionism and People pleasing – As we get older, we question our identity and who we want to be. Within this, we can discover that we have developed a pattern of perfectionism behaviours or people pleasing that we wish to address in coaching.

Module 5Supporting transitions and decisions for the future – Transitions escalate as we get older, from college, to university to the workplace, as well as moving away from home or joining new social groups.
