Sometimes, we just need an activity that allows us to switch off and zone out, to process our thoughts, feelings and experiences.

  • Encourages relaxation
  • Develops focus
  • Creates a focus on the present
  • Calms a restless mind
  • Develops inner quiet
  • Reduces stress and anxiety
