Bio: I am a Child and Adolescent Mental Health Coach and a Parent Coach. In addition I have an extensive working background as a counsellor. I have worked in schools, the NHS, and run my own successful private practice. I have also volunteered at various non-profit organisations. I have lived in three different countries and have a wide experience of life, working with children, adolescents and parents with diverse backgrounds. I feel really passionately about providing support to young people, parents and professionals. Bio: I’m Gemma, I specialise in Coaching, Training and Mental Health. I trained as a Life Coach and established my coaching practice Hidden Gem Coaching in 2020 and qualified as an Associate Certified Coach and member of the International Coaching Federation. After qualifying as a Level 4 Mental Health Coach for Children and Adolescents I became a Senior Member of ACCPH & Practitioner Coach with the IAPC&M. I adhere to a Professional Code of Ethics and practice. My passion for working with Young People began in 2005 and I currently work supporting children with various Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs, including Trauma, ASD, ADHD and EBSA. Bio: I am extremely passionate about child and family mental health and I am a qualified Mental Health Coach, providing coaching for the whole family, both parents and children. I am certified as a Level 5 Parent Coach and also have a Level 4 Diploma in Child & Adolescent Coaching. I am also the Founder and Director of Guiding Hearts & Minds, delivering outdoor Mental Health activities for the whole family, providing a safe space for parents and children to connect, spend time in nature together and explore their emotions in a healthy way, learning new strategies and coping mechanisms for their everyday lives. I also offer 1:1 coaching for children and parents in person at my office, online or at a local outdoor space.
