In this long course, we take a deep dive into Attachment exploring the physiology, psychology and contributing factors which affect children and adolescents.

Please allow 1.5 hours to complete this course.

Section 1:

  • Understand the role of attachment in mental health vulnerability
  • Recognise the impact of attachments on how we feel our feelings, stress and pain

Section 3:

  • Recognise how attachment styles can affect our communication styles and friendships
  • Be aware of how to support young people with attachment difficulties
  • Be aware of a range of supports that children require
