Children’s Activity: Feelings Bingo

Learning to understand the nuances between feelings takes time and exploration! It can be easy to muddle them up and find them all overlapping, so taking time to explore experiences that we had to identify what we felt, and how it showed up is important!

  1. Download here
  2. Print it off
  3. Grab some colouring pens or pencils
  4. Choose one box at a time and talk through what can be remembered!
  5. Extend it – number the boxes and select through dice rolls!
