Children’s Activity: 5 Important Questions

Learning about ourselves and what makes us ‘us’ is an important aspect of self-esteem and happiness. If we develop a strong sense of what we like, what makes us feel good, and how we want to be it allows us to live our lives more authentically and be less swayed to be something we are not.

Taking time to support young people to find the value in their unique likes and interests, as well as the traits that make them proud to be themselves, is therefore a valuable use of our time. Get started with this activity.
