The process of emotional literacy development, includes being able to recognise and meet our own needs. Happiness is a feeling that we can create, as is feeling good and having positive opportunities.

  3. Discuss what activities, actions or support help children feel good
  4. Add a different activity to each circle
  5. Implement, and review after 1-2 weeks to see what happens
