The process of emotional literacy development, includes being able to recognise and meet our own needs. Happiness is a feeling that we can create, as is feeling good and having positive opportunities.

- Discuss what feeling good is like – what do we notice in our minds and bodies?
- Discuss what activities, actions or support help children feel good
- Add a different activity to each circle
- Implement, and review after 1-2 weeks to see what happens
